Privacy

We collect only what we need to run safe courses and keep you informed.

What we collect

• Registration: contact details, where you're from, age, sex, emergency contact, dietary needs, allergies, health and fitness notes, and your signed waiver.
• Account: name, email, phone, a securely hashed password (we can't see it), and a record of each waiver you sign (version, typed signature, date, IP address).
• Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Newsletter: your email, first name and topic interests.

How we use it

Health, allergy and fitness information is used only by course staff to plan meals, activities and emergency response. We never sell or share your information with advertisers.

Emails

Every email we send you is reviewed and approved by a person before it goes out.

Retention

Health and allergy details are deleted 12 months after your course. Signed waivers are kept as long as legally required.
