Cancellations by you
- 30 or more days before the course: full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
- 14–29 days before: 50% refund, or full credit toward a future course.
- Less than 14 days: credit toward a future course only.
- You may transfer your seat to another person at any time — they'll need to complete their own registration and waiver.
Cancellations by us
If we cancel because of weather, hurricane warnings, low enrollment or anything else, you choose a full refund or a transfer to another date.
Conduct
Follow instructor safety directions at all times. We may remove anyone whose behavior puts others at risk, without refund.
