Go from biogas to a working flame. Building on digester basics, you’ll learn gas collection and storage, scrubbing hydrogen sulfide and water, pressure, piping and burners, and how to cook with biogas safely every day. We also look at running small engines and generators on methane and what that takes in practice.

- Work gloves, closed-toe boots and long pants

- A notebook — and questions about your own land
