Build with one of the strongest and fastest-growing materials in the tropics. You’ll learn to harvest, cure and treat bamboo so it lasts, then practice the joints, lashings and fish-mouth cuts used in real structures. Together we frame a small shelter, and you’ll go home understanding foundations, roofing and hurricane bracing for bamboo buildings.
